Your recovery begins with a comprehensive assessment to identify all the contributing factors, not just your current pain. Contributing factors include your past medical history, previous surgeries and injuries, physical activity level, amount of stress, occupational demands, and the quality of how each part of your body moves and functions. A full hour of one-on-one treatment guides you toward optimal recovery. My tailored approach integrates the necessary modalities to help you achieve your goals, including manual therapy, trigger point dry needling, and targeted strengthening for addressing postural and movement pattern correction. I provide guidance on lifestyle factors that could impact recovery—such as sitting and sleep positions, body mechanic errors, and tension-holding habits.Together we will create the  path to lasting relief and regaining an active, robust lifestyle.

When appropriate, Dry Needling can sometimes provide dramatic change in muscle function and pain relief.  These 30 minute sessions can be used to speed your recovery between physical therapy treatments or maintain relief once you have completed traditional physical therapy rehab.

For those who recovered from an injury, therapeutic exercise continues the healing process and adds resilience against future injury.  For others, it's a proactive means of injury prevention. Through personalized programs, I ensure proper technique and body mechanics, empowering individuals not only to heal but also to move safely and efficiently, reducing the risk of injury and promoting long-term fitness and well-being.  

I'm a life-long athlete, competing in triathlons since 2007 and completing a half ironman in 2014. Certified as a Personal Trainer through American College of Sports Medicine and trained in STOTT Pilates.
